자주 묻는 질문

어떻게 하나요?

화면을 끌어서 털실공을 쏠 방향을 정하고, 손을 떼면 털실공이 떨어져요. 털실공은 핀에 부딪히며 데구르르 튕기고, 맞은 핀은 공이 바닥으로 빠지면 사라져요. 한 스테이지에 털실공 10개로 주황 말썽핀을 모두 치우면 클리어예요.

핀마다 뭐가 다른가요?

• 주황 말썽핀: 모두 치워야 하는 목표예요. 적게 남을수록 점수 배수가 커져요.
• 파란 발자국핀: 맞히면 점수를 받아요.
• 초록 단짝핀: 함께 간 동행 고양이의 스킬이 터져요.
• 보라 행운핀: 보너스 점수가 커요. 쏠 때마다 자리가 바뀌어요.

털실공을 더 받을 수 있나요?

바닥을 오가는 상자에 털실공이 들어가면 덤 털실공 하나를 받아요. 한 번 쏜 샷의 점수가 아주 높아도 덤을 받을 수 있어요. 마지막 말썽핀을 맞히면 냥 피버가 시작되고, 남은 털실공은 보너스 점수가 돼요.

동행 고양이는 어떻게 바꾸나요?

스테이지를 시작하기 전에 함께 갈 고양이를 고를 수 있어요. 고양이는 방을 하나씩 지날 때마다 차례로 합류해서 모두 12마리예요. 지도의 도감에서 합류한 고양이와 스킬, 합류 이야기를 다시 볼 수 있어요.

조준선이 안 보여요.

게임을 잠깐 멈추려면 어떻게 하나요?

플레이 화면 왼쪽 위의 ≡ 버튼을 누르면 계속하기, 다시 하기, 지도로 중에서 고를 수 있어요.

진행 상황은 어디에 저장되나요?

이 iPhone 안에 저절로 저장돼요. 계정이나 서버가 없어서 다른 기기와 동기화되지 않고, 앱을 삭제하면 진행 상황도 함께 지워지니 주의해 주세요. 지운 진행 상황은 되돌릴 수 없어요. '광고 제거'는 진행 상황과 따로 Apple 계정에 남아 있어서 구매 복원으로 되찾을 수 있어요.

처음부터 다시 하고 싶어요.

앱 안에는 기록을 지우는 메뉴가 없어요. 앱을 삭제했다가 다시 설치하면 처음부터 시작해요. '광고 제거'를 샀다면 다시 설치한 뒤 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 처음 이야기만 다시 보고 싶다면 설정의 '처음 이야기 다시 보기'를 누르면 돼요.

소리가 나지 않아요.

iPhone이 무음 모드면 게임 소리도 나지 않아요. 설정에서 소리가 켜져 있는지도 확인해 주세요.

인터넷 연결이 필요한가요?

게임은 인터넷 연결 없이 할 수 있어요. 광고, 광고를 보고 이어하기, '광고 제거' 구매와 구매 복원에만 인터넷 연결을 써요. 인터넷이 없으면 광고를 불러오지 못해서 광고를 보고 이어하기를 할 수 없을 수 있어요.

광고

광고는 언제 나오나요?

스테이지를 4개 깬 뒤부터, 결과 화면에서 지도·다시·다음 버튼을 누를 때 가끔 전면 광고가 나와요. 두 판에 한 번보다 자주 나오지 않고, 스테이지를 하는 도중이나 이야기 장면, 지도, 도감에서는 나오지 않아요. 아주 짧게 끝난 판은 횟수에 세지 않아요.

광고를 보고 이어하기는 뭔가요?

털실공을 다 써서 실패했을 때 결과 화면의 '광고 보고 털실공 +3'을 누르면 광고가 나오고, 끝까지 보면 핀이 남은 그 자리에서 털실공 3개로 이어서 할 수 있어요. 한 판에 한 번만 돼요. 보고 싶지 않으면 누르지 않아도 돼요.

'추적 허용' 질문이 나와요.

처음 게임을 시작할 때 iPhone이 "앱이 추적하도록 허용"할지 한 번 물어요. 허용하면 관심에 더 알맞은 광고가 나오고, 허용하지 않아도 게임은 똑같아요. 나중에 iPhone의 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 바꿀 수 있어요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 봐 주세요.

광고 동의 선택을 바꾸고 싶어요.

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국처럼 광고 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음에 Google의 동의 안내가 나와요. 그런 지역에서는 설정에 '광고 개인정보 설정'이 보이고, 누르면 고른 내용을 다시 볼 수 있고 바꿀 수 있어요. 동의가 필요하지 않은 지역에서는 이 메뉴가 보이지 않아요.

부적절한 광고를 봤어요.

불쾌하거나 나이에 맞지 않거나 오해를 부르는 광고를 보셨다면, 광고 모서리의 AdChoices 아이콘(작은 ▷ 또는 ⓘ 표시)을 눌러 Google에 신고하거나 그 광고를 그만 보도록 설정할 수 있어요. 광고 화면의 스크린샷과 대략적인 시각을 위 이메일로 보내 주셔도 돼요. 확인한 뒤 그 광고를 막는 등 조치할게요.

구매 문제 ('광고 제거')

'광고 제거'는 한 번 사면 스테이지 사이에 나오는 광고가 영원히 사라지고, 실패했을 때 이어하기도 광고 없이 바로 할 수 있는 상품이에요. 가격은 대한민국 5,500원이고, 다른 나라는 App Store에 표시된 가격을 따라요. 다른 유료 상품은 없어요. 자세한 조건은 이용약관 제5조~제7조에 있어요.

• 어디서 사나요? 지도 왼쪽 위의 '광고 제거' 버튼이나 설정에서 살 수 있어요.
• 구매한 상품이 적용되지 않을 때: 설정의 '구매 복원'이나 '광고 제거' 안내 아래의 '구매 복원'을 눌러 주세요. 산 때와 같은 Apple 계정이어야 해요. 앱은 켤 때마다 App Store에 구매 내역을 다시 확인해요. 가족 공유로는 나눠 쓸 수 없어요.
• 청약철회 기한: 대한민국에서 산 경우 구매한 날(적용이 늦었다면 적용된 날)부터 7일 안에 청약철회를 요청할 수 있어요.
• 청약철회가 제한되는 경우: '광고 제거'는 결제하면 바로 적용되는 상품이라, 청약철회가 제한된다는 사실이 구매 전에 표시되어 있었다면 적용된 뒤에는 전자상거래법 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있어요. 설명과 다르게 동작하거나 잘못 결제된 경우에는 환불받을 수 있어요.
• 요청 방법과 환불: 결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리해요. Apple 문제 신고(reportaproblem.apple.com)에서 요청하거나 위 이메일로 알려 주시면 안내해 드려요.
• 환불되면: 대금은 결제한 수단으로 돌아가고 광고가 다시 나와요.
• 미성년자 결제: 미성년자가 법정대리인 동의 없이 결제했다면 본인이나 법정대리인이 취소를 요청할 수 있어요.
• 그래도 해결되지 않으면: 위 이메일로 구매 날짜와 Apple 영수증(구입 내역)을 보내 주세요. 결제 카드 번호나 Apple 계정 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.

FAQ

How do I play?

Drag on the screen to aim, then let go to drop the yarn ball. It bounces off the pegs, and pegs it hits disappear once the ball falls out the bottom. Clear every orange peg with your 10 balls to clear the stage.

What do the pegs do?

• Orange trouble pegs: the goal. The fewer are left, the bigger your score multiplier.
• Blue paw pegs: worth points.
• Green buddy pegs: trigger your companion cat's skill.
• Purple lucky peg: a big bonus. It moves to a new spot every shot.

Can I get more balls?

Drop the yarn into the moving box at the bottom for a free ball. A very high-scoring shot can earn a free ball too. Hitting the last orange peg starts Nyang Fever, and leftover balls turn into bonus points.

How do I change my companion cat?

Pick the cat to bring along before each stage. Cats join one by one as you move through the rooms, twelve in all. The cat book on the map shows the cats you have met, their skills and their join stories.

I can't see the aiming guide.

Open ⚙ (설정, Settings) at the top left of the map and turn on 조준선 (aiming guide).

How do I pause?

Tap the ≡ button at the top left of the play screen to choose 계속하기 (Continue), 다시 하기 (Restart) or 지도로 (Back to map).

Where is my progress saved?

On this iPhone, automatically. There is no account or server, so it does not sync between devices, and deleting the app deletes your progress too. Deleted progress cannot be brought back. "Remove Ads" is kept with your Apple Account, separately from your progress, so you can restore it.

How do I start over?

There is no reset menu in the app. Delete and reinstall the app to start over, then tap Restore Purchases if you bought "Remove Ads". To watch just the opening story again, use 처음 이야기 다시 보기 (Replay the opening story) in Settings.

There's no sound.

The game is silent while your iPhone is in Silent mode. Also check that 소리 (Sound) is on in Settings.

Do I need an internet connection?

The game works offline. Only ads, watching an ad to continue, and buying or restoring "Remove Ads" use the internet. Without a connection, an ad may not load, so continuing by watching an ad may be unavailable.

Ads

When do ads show?

After you have cleared 4 stages, a full-screen ad sometimes shows when you leave a result screen (to the map, to retry or to the next stage). It shows no more than once every two games, and never during a stage, story scenes, the map or the cat book. Very short games are not counted.

What is "watch an ad to continue"?

If you run out of balls, tap 광고 보고 털실공 +3 (watch an ad for +3 balls) on the result screen. Watch the ad to the end and you continue right where you were with 3 more balls. It works once per attempt, and you never have to use it.

I was asked to allow tracking.

When you first start playing, your iPhone asks once whether to "Allow" the app to track. If you allow it, ads may better match your interests; if not, the game is the same. You can change it later in the iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I change my ad consent choices?

In regions where ad consent is required, such as the EEA and the UK, Google's consent message appears first. There, Settings also shows 광고 개인정보 설정 (ad privacy settings), where you can review and change your choices. In other regions this item does not appear.

I saw an inappropriate ad.

Tap the AdChoices icon (a small ▷ or ⓘ) in the corner of the ad to report it to Google or stop seeing it. You can also email us a screenshot and the approximate time, and we will look into blocking it.

Purchases ("Remove Ads")

"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that removes the ads between stages for good and lets you continue after a failed attempt without watching an ad. It costs KRW 5,500 in Korea; other countries follow the App Store price. There are no other paid items. See sections 4 and 5 of the Terms of Use.

• Where to buy: the 광고 제거 (Remove Ads) button at the top left of the map, or in Settings.
• Purchase not applied: tap 구매 복원 (Restore Purchases) in Settings or under the Remove Ads sheet, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. The app also checks your purchases with the App Store each time it starts. It cannot be shared through Family Sharing.
• Refunds: payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or email us and we will guide you. After a refund, ads show again.
• Still stuck? Email us the purchase date and your Apple receipt (purchase history). Never send card numbers or your Apple Account password.
