개인정보처리방침

에이치에스이십사(이하 "회사")는 iPhone 게임 「말랑냥」(이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

앱에는 회원가입이나 로그인이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호처럼 이용자를 직접 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 앱 안에서 받지 않습니다.

① 이 기기에만 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 이용자의 iPhone에만 저장되며 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.

• 게임 진행 기록과 설정
• 연령대: 연령 확인에서 고른 태어난 해로 연령대만 계산해 저장하며, 태어난 해는 저장하지 않습니다. 광고와 이용 기록을 연령에 맞게 처리하는 데 씁니다.
• 이벤트·혜택 알림 수신 동의와 철회 기록(날짜)
• 앱 개선을 위한 게임 이용 기록. 이 버전은 이용 기록을 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.

② 광고를 보여 줄 때 Google이 수집하는 정보

앱은 광고를 위해 Google의 광고 SDK(Google AdMob)를 씁니다. 광고를 요청하거나 보여 줄 때 Google이 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

• 광고 식별자(IDFA): 이용자가 "앱이 추적하도록 허용"을 고른 경우에만
• 기기·앱 정보(기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 앱 버전 등), IP 주소와 이를 바탕으로 추정한 대략적인 위치
• 광고 노출·클릭 기록, 앱 성능·오류 진단 정보

목적: 광고 게재와 효과 측정, 부정 클릭 방지, 광고 품질 관리

③ 문의할 때

이메일로 문의하시면 보내 주신 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 답변하는 데에만 씁니다.

2. 보유 기간과 파기

• 기기에 저장된 정보: 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
• Google이 수집한 정보: Google 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
• 문의 메일: 답변을 마친 날부터 1년 동안 보관한 뒤 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

3. 제3자 제공과 국외 이전

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 광고를 보여 주는 과정에서 1-②의 정보가 Google에 전송되어 국외로 이전됩니다.

4. 만 14세 미만 아동

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 연령 확인 결과가 만 14세 미만이면 추적 허용을 요청하지 않고, Google에 아동 대상 처리를 요청해 맞춤형이 아닌 광고만 보여 줍니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사가 보관하는 정보는 문의 메일뿐이며, 아래 이메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제해 지울 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 이용자는 앱의 설정 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 광고 동의를 바꿀 수 있습니다.

6. 안전성 확보 조치

• 게임 정보는 기기 안에만 저장합니다.
• 광고 SDK의 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되어 전송됩니다.
• 문의 메일은 담당자만 볼 수 있게 관리합니다.

7. 자동 수집 장치

앱은 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 광고 SDK가 광고 식별자와 기기 정보를 쓰는 방식과 거부 방법은 1-②와 3을 참고해 주세요.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

HS24 (에이치에스이십사, "we") provides the iPhone game Mochi Meow ("the app"). This policy explains what the app processes and why.

1. What we process

The app has no sign-up or login and never asks for your name, email address or phone number.

Kept on your device only

• Game progress and settings
• Your age band: we work it out from the birth year you pick and keep only the band, never the year. It decides how ads and usage records are handled for your age.
• Your opt-in and opt-out record for event notifications (dates)
• Gameplay records for improving the app. This version does not send them off your device.

Collected by Google when ads are shown

The app uses Google AdMob for ads. When an ad is requested or shown, Google collects:

• The advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you choose "Allow" on the tracking prompt
• Device and app information (model, OS version, app version), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
• Ad impressions and clicks, app performance and diagnostic data

Purposes: serving and measuring ads, preventing fraud and keeping ad quality. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choices before personalized ads; you can change them later in the app under Settings > Ad privacy settings.

When you contact us

Your email address and message, used only to reply.

2. Retention

• Data on your device is deleted when you delete the app.
• Data collected by Google follows Google's Privacy Policy.
• Support emails are kept for one year after we reply, then deleted.

3. Sharing and international transfer

We do not sell or share your personal information. When ads are requested or shown, the ad data above goes to Google LLC and may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google runs data centers. You can refuse tracking on the system prompt or in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; the game and its rewards stay the same and you will see non-personalized ads.

4. Children

The app is not directed at children. If the age screen shows you are under 14 (or under 16 in the EEA), the app never asks for tracking and requests only non-personalized ads with Google's child or under-age-of-consent treatment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information at any time by email. The only personal data we hold is support email. Deleting the app erases the data kept on your device.

6. Security

Game data stays on your device, ad SDK traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and support email is visible only to the person handling it.
