이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 에이치에스이십사(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 iPhone 게임 「말랑냥」(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이용자가 앱을 설치해 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱에 알립니다. App Store에서 내려받은 앱에는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.

제3조 (서비스)

서비스는 무료이며 광고가 포함됩니다. 현재 버전에는 유료 결제가 없습니다. 회사는 서비스를 개선하기 위해 내용을 바꿀 수 있습니다.

제4조 (게임 안의 재화)

코인, 젤리 등 게임 안의 재화와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있는 무상 재화로, 현금 가치가 없고 환불·환전·양도할 수 없습니다. 진행 상황은 이용자의 기기에 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 초기화하면 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 기기 백업과 복원은 iOS 기능을 따릅니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 앱을 변조하거나 비정상적인 방법으로 재화나 보상을 얻는 행위
2. 서비스의 오류를 고의로 이용하는 행위
3. 앱을 역설계·복제·배포하는 행위
4. 법령이나 공공질서에 어긋나는 행위

제6조 (광고)

서비스에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 봅니다. 광고와 관련한 정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

제7조 (서비스 중단)

회사는 설비 점검, 고장, 천재지변 등 부득이한 사유가 있으면 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 알립니다.

제8조 (책임 제한)

회사는 천재지변 등 불가항력이나 이용자의 책임 있는 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다.

제9조 (분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

이 약관은 2026년 10월 3일부터 시행합니다.

1. About these terms

These terms cover the iPhone game Mochi Meow ("the service") provided by HS24 (에이치에스이십사, "we"). By installing and using the app you agree to them. We may change them within the law and will post changes here and in the app at least seven days before they take effect (30 days for changes against your interest). For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

2. The service

The service is free and includes ads. This version has no paid purchases. We may change the service to improve it.

3. In-game currency

Coins, Toe Beans and other in-game items are free items for use in the game only. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred. Your progress is saved on your device, so it may be lost if you delete the app or reset the device; backup and restore follow iOS.

4. What you must not do

• Modify the app or obtain items or rewards in abnormal ways
• Deliberately exploit bugs
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app
• Break the law or public order

5. Ads

The service shows ads. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch them. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

6. Interruptions

We may pause the service for maintenance, outages or events beyond our control, and will give 30 days' notice before ending it.

7. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure or by your own fault. We are liable under applicable law for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
