이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 에이치에스이십사(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 iPhone 게임 「냥핀볼!」(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이용자가 앱을 설치해 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. App Store에서 내려받은 앱에는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.

제3조 (서비스)

서비스에는 광고와 앱 내 구입이 없고, 인터넷 연결 없이 이용자의 기기에서 동작합니다. 회사는 서비스를 개선하기 위해 업데이트로 내용을 바꿀 수 있습니다.

제4조 (게임 안의 재화)

코인, 업그레이드, 공 스킨 등 게임 안의 재화와 아이템은 게임을 하며 얻는 무상 재화로, 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있습니다. 현금 가치가 없고 환불·환전·양도할 수 없습니다. 진행 상황은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하거나 앱의 데이터 초기화를 실행하면 지워지고, 기기를 초기화하면 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 기기 백업과 복원은 iOS 기능을 따릅니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 앱을 변조하거나 비정상적인 방법으로 재화나 보상을 얻는 행위
2. 서비스의 오류를 고의로 이용하는 행위
3. 앱을 역설계·복제·배포하는 행위
4. 법령이나 공공질서에 어긋나는 행위

제6조 (서비스 중단)

회사는 App Store 배포나 업데이트 제공을 멈출 수 있으며, 그럴 때는 30일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이미 설치한 앱은 인터넷 연결 없이 기기에서 계속 쓸 수 있지만, 이후 나오는 iOS 버전에서의 동작은 보장하지 않습니다.

제7조 (책임 제한)

회사는 천재지변 등 불가항력이나 이용자의 책임 있는 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다.

제8조 (분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

이 약관은 2026년 10월 14일부터 시행합니다.

1. About these terms

These terms cover the iPhone game Purrball (냥핀볼!, "the service") provided by HS24 (에이치에스이십사, "we"). By installing and using the app you agree to them. We may change them within the law and will post changes here at least seven days before they take effect (30 days for changes against your interest). For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

2. The service

The service has no ads and no in-app purchases, and it runs on your device without an internet connection. We may change it through updates to improve it.

3. In-game currency

Coins, upgrades, ball skins and other in-game items are free items earned by playing and can be used in the game only. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred. Your progress is saved only on your device, so it is erased if you delete the app or reset your data in the app, and it may be lost if you reset the device; backup and restore follow iOS.

4. What you must not do

• Modify the app or obtain items or rewards in abnormal ways
• Deliberately exploit bugs
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app
• Break the law or public order

5. Discontinuation

We may stop offering the app on the App Store or stop releasing updates, and will post a notice here 30 days before. An installed app keeps working offline on your device, but we cannot promise it will work on future iOS versions.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure or by your own fault. We are liable under applicable law for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
